Stephannie and Adam have always believed that a home should be more than something you build—it should be a place that enhances the way you live. Since 2009, that belief has guided their work and their desire to create homes that are beautiful, thoughtful, and uniquely suited to the people who live in them.

Their journey began when they built a home for their growing family. The response was unexpected. Friends, clients, and realtors began asking about the home and wondering if Stephannie and Adam would create something similar for others. What started as one family’s dream quickly became a passion for creating beautiful, well-designed homes for others.

Today, that same passion continues to shape every Pioneer Group project. While they are always inspired by evolving design, they believe the best homes are not simply reflections of current trends. They are thoughtfully designed, carefully crafted, and filled with details that make them feel personal and connected to the way their owners want to live.

Stephannie—who, according to Adam, is the reason they have above-average children—brings an extensive background in construction and design to the team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and has a natural eye for design and detail. Her passion can be seen throughout their homes, from the architecture and finishes to the small elements that bring a space together. She is constantly exploring new ideas while refining the distinctive style and character of their work.

Adam—who, according to Stephannie, is responsible for their athletic children and their great dance moves—loves building businesses as much as he loves building homes. His military background influences the strategic way he approaches projects and the direction of The Pioneer Group. At the same time, he has never been one to simply sit behind a desk. He enjoys being involved in the work, solving problems, and getting his hands dirty alongside the people bringing each project to life.

Together, Stephannie and Adam are a dynamic duo. They challenge one another, complement one another, and somehow always find a way to bring all the pieces together.
