LIVING WELL, LAUGHING OFTEN, AND LOVING MUCH

Stephannie and Adam’s desire to live well, laugh often, and love much began this journey, and it has carried over to their passion and desire to create a lifestyle in the homes they create.  Back in 2009 they applied these principles to everything they built.  One house at a time, they wanted our clients to have a lifestyle and dream they desired in their homes.

Stephannie and Adam have always been a dynamic duo and feed off one another.  Together, they always find a way to bring it together.  They started by building a new home for their growing family, and were approached by clients and realtors alike with interest in their property and inquiries to create more homes with a similar style.  From that moment on, they never looked back.  Today they still evolve with the latest design in their projects.

Stephannie (who, according to Adam, is the reason they have above average children) has an extensive background in construction and design.  She received her bachelors degree in construction management from the university of Florida.  Her passion can be seen in all elements of our homes.  She stays on top of the latest design and trends and constantly improves our style.

Adam (who, according to Stephannie, is the reason they have athletic children with great dance moves) loves building businesses.  With a military background, he strategically guides our projects and the direction of The Pioneer Group, Inc.  He also likes to get his hands dirty with each project.  

Together they pioneer (pun intended) new projects with excitement.
